Your Impact
As a Strategic Client Partner, you will proactively manage some of our top client relationships after implementation, helping ensure they get the most value from their CivicPlus solution. You will serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, bringing forward client feedback to help shape how our solution evolves to better serve parks and recreation organizations.

What you'll do
- Proactively manage a portfolio of the solution’s top clients once implementation is complete
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Serve as a credible expert in the solution and the parks and recreation industry
- Understand client needs, system configuration, and priorities to help optimize solution usage
- Support revenue retention across a defined book of business
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with internal teams
- Develop solution best practices and content that help reduce technical support ticket creation
- Foster collaboration and connection across clients to help build solution community
- Partner with Technical Support to help prioritize accounts and improve response and resolution times
- Bring senior solution-related experience to the team and support peers in navigating complex client situations
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Parks & Recreation certification (CPRP)
- 2–3 years of Parks & Recreation experience
- 5–7 years of general business experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with high-risk or high-priority clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Compensation and benefits
- Estimated Salary Grade Range: $70,300 -$101,300
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
- Potential Variable Pay: Based on set goals
